I have 5 different pop flex dresses and this is by far my favorite! I love the way this dress flatters my stomach in a way that most workout dresses don’t.

Let me preface this by saying, if you're a S/XS girl with smaller boobs, I think this would look great on you. I am a M girl with 34DD chest and this did not look good. The skirt was great but the top did not do it for me. First, I hated the removable pads. Second, this corset style top (and I have tried more than one product with this design at the time of this review) does not look good on bigger chest women, like at all. It does not provide enough support, after a little bit of bending down to pick up weights or whatever, your boobs start spilling out. When standing straight, it looks like my boobs are drooping and my arms area get unflattering attention. It is not advertised as high impact so obviously I could not use this for gym either because I do some running for warm up and I cannot run or even do 10 jumping jacks on this.
It looks absolutely adorable in pics above but the only pic the plus size model has is where her arms are in this triangle pose and her chest is lifted up and that does not give us an accurate perception from more realistic angles.
The skirt works, the waist/belly coverage works but the corset top does not. I absolutely support all popflex products and this is a great design but just not for me.

I love this dress so much I got every color. I think my favorite might be coconut cream though. I do a ballet inspired workout and it makes me feel like the swan queen when I wear this. 🤍

The dress is great it fit me perfectly, I love the twirlability, and the blue mist coluor is just stunning. However since it's one of my workout dresses I use it for tennis, and the pads just refuse to stay in place. Would prefer a version with sewn in pads. (Love your products!!)

It wasn’t love at first sight. I put it on and was nervous that I didn’t immediately love it since it is so expensive. But after some adjustments to the cups (which I wish stayed in place) and the straps, the lines for the corset hit the right areas and now I want another colour! At first I was worried because the lines for the bust hit too low, but now it’s super cute!
