Go with the Flow Jumpsuit - Stormy Weather

I love the jumpsuit! It’s so comfy. I’m 5’0” and bought the extra petite but it’s a little too long length wise. The straps are a little loose but not enough to worry about it falling off. Overall I love it and will keep it with a few minor adjustments at the hem.

I purchased the Vineyard Wine jumpsuit in size XL with a regular length. I wanted to order it in the petite length as I am 5'4 and don't wear heels, but it was unavailable in that size. The product arrived later than projected (likely due to a holiday) and was too big and too long. I had consulted the size guide before purchasing and confirmed my measurements. My numbers did not fall into one size bracket so it was difficult to make an accurate size decision. I sized down from my normal pants size (14-16) to an XL to make the measurements make more sense. The jumpsuit fit my waist and hips but was way too big for my chest. The built in shelf bra was awkward and loose and it bunches up weird (both in front and on the sides). For reference I am a 38b, so I didn't really fill out the top and the straps were a little loose. The top was only comfortable with a bra on, which kinda defeated the purpose of the whole top. I really wanted this to fit right cause I had waited so long to get it. Unfortunately, I will be exchanging this item for the Pine jumpsuit with long sleeves as it is the only other size with the right length that I want. However I would buy this item in the right size and length in this color if it is restocked. Overall, I liked the flowy-ness of the jumpsuit, the pockets were great, and the fabric was really soft.

POPFLEX TEAM- I would suggest attaching bra size ranges to the sizes for products like jumpsuits and dresses so that more accurate size decisions can be made.

I had a great first experience ordering from Popflex with my Black Go with the Flow jumper that two weeks later ordered it in the Stormy Weather color. I loved the fit of the extra petite inseam on the black as I wear flats , mostly sneakers and sandals so it worked perfectly. What I didn't expect when I placed the correct order was for the extra petite inseam of the Stormy weather to be several inches longer that dragged well past my feet. Sent pictures to the Popflex team. After waiting for a resolution and not really finding one I just opted to process a return, if I can't trust them to send me the item I ordered in the size I ordered despite what their tag says why would I risk an exchange. I do find it in poor taste that for situations like this where it's not the customers fault but clearly something in the manufacturing process that this got mislabeled that I would not receive a full refund for the price of the product plus the shipping fee. I think any reputable company would do that with photographic proof of the issues in their product. This isn't a cheap jumpsuit, but I definitely won't be ordering from Popflex again due to this and will not recommend.
But hey they did offer a discount code, so there's that.

Love the jumpsuit but the straps are uneven in width. It’s very visible in person but not so much on the pic. And for petite size the shoulder straps are too long (I’m 5’2”) which I’m planning to alter it.

I am pretty dissatisfied with this purchase. I wore the jumpsuit - it was comfortable and soft - a little loose I probably could have sized down. But after a SINGLE wash the fabric was discolored to the point that it is unwearable. (I did follow instructions of cold water and like colors -I don't use bleach in my washer ever and I don't use fabric softener) I reached out to customer service and was told that the item does not have a warranty and they won't be able to replace the item or give a full refund. This was my first purchase with this company and for the price I expected better quality or at least better customer service if there was a quality issue.
