Use a gentle, bleach-free household disinfectant wipe to wipe down your mat after each use to kill germs and bacteria. Allow your mat to air dry before rolling it back up.
Create an aromatic DIY mat cleaning spray by grabbing a small 2-4 oz spray bottle and filling it 3/4 of the way with water and 1/4 of the way with white vinegar. Then add 2 drops of tea tree essential oil and 1 drop of lavender essential oil. Mix, then spray it on your mat, and wipe down with a towel! Let your mat air dry before rolling it back up.

    Disapproved and disappointed

I have been following Blogilates on insta for some years now, and I loved the way she is committed to her work and sports. She presents her products as the best and I really wanted a yoga mat since she stated that her yoga mat had amazing grip etc. So my boyfriend payed a big amount of money to ship the mat to Belgium and waited over 3 months for it to arrive, it was my new years present because I had been talking about these products for so long now. First thing I noticed is that the mat was not as wide as I had hoped. The first time I tried the mat, I was soooo disappointed because in reality I have absolutely no grip at the beginning of my workout since I am not sweating yet, and my feet keep slipping away the whole time since my feet never really sweat. I cant commit to my workouts for the full 100% since I have to focus on not breaking my nose or knees when I am losing my grip. I am very disappointed because she made dozens of videos and blogs about her "amazing" mat.

    way too narrow and short

i don’t understand why this doesn’t match the description as far as size. it’s super short and narrow. the material is decent though.

    A convert

I've only been doing yoga for a couple of years and I don't exactly have a big a budget for it (single mom w multiple jobs etc) so I figured I was just going to have to deal with not so great mats bc it's all I could afford. I'd just, ya know, worry abt slipping or my grippy socks falling in addition to nailing posing but then I was gifted a "fancy" mat & thoughts issues were gonna be over.
    They were not.
It was the same story, different mat.
Too slippy and kinda short and I was resigned to just being that way.
I started a new job with good wages and then my daughter showed me a tiktok abt PopFlex and well I decided to make the leap of faith and oh my God... It literally is everything I was wanting. I hadn't honestly realized how much a mat like this could improve my workout and I am still (it's been a week) just like... Blown away. Every time.
I hope to be able to grow my PopFlex gear collection soon and see what other benefits I didn't know I was missing.
Seriously, thank you for this mat.

    Great mat

Love the feel of this mat, it's very light yet pretty thick. The grip really does get better as my hands get sweatier, which is something that I was really looking for. Only thing is that I expected it to be a little bit wider, for diagonal movements. Overall a great mat that I will happily use on a daily basis :)

Not as good as the others of it's kind

It's hard to describe what's different between this mat & it's predecessors. This one seems much smoother, sleeker...which I like, until trying to do yoga on it. It does not keep you gripped the more you sweat at all, in fact I slide more now.

I don't know why they had to change an already genius design.

Also, the giant scratchy Popflex logo that's sewn on is a nuisance & hurts if you accidentally rub against it while practicing.
