RETURNS: We accept returns (excluding Final Sale items) within 30 days of purchase in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. U.S. returns will have a $5.95 return fee applied that covers the cost of shipping your return back, as we will be providing the shipping label. Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.
EXCHANGES: We offer free U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase to help you get your perfect fit (excluding Final Sale items). This bag came in a lot bigger than what I was expecting. It is amazing! There is so much space and pockets. I like using this bag for trips because of all the things I can put in this bag instead of using a purse and a backpack. It all just fits into this bag!

I bought this for work to store computer files notebooks etc . It's cute and holds all my stuff well. I love this design better than a backpack and the shoulder option or handles . It has so much room for such a small bag. I love it !

This is the biggest tote I've ever gotten from PopFlex and it held all my weekend items wonderfully. The various pockets along the inner lining and the outside pocket allowed for everything to have a place and a place for everything. Leaving all the middle space for the 2-3 outfits, cosmetic bag, and toiletry bag fit comfortably and still be able to ZIP the bag shut. At one point it tipped over on the ground and because of the zipper, everything was able to stay within the confines of the bag.
Indeed, with its spacious design, pockets for organization and secure zipper, it's great for keeping everything neat and in place and just perfect for that weekend trip!
Honestly it's all the hype and more. I bought the mini first and fell in love, this one is great for carrying my headphones and note books. I was able to fit so much in it without realizing it till I tried to carry it and saw how heavy it was

I have not purchased this yet but am planning on it at some point this year. I would LOVE if you made this in another fun color like the pistachio. (LAVENDAR???) Also I have seen a lot of comments saying it would be nice to have a slightly bigger one, and I agree because I would be using this as a dance bag so many pairs of shoes exc. will need to fit. I am 95% sure that I will be ordering this in the near future but if both of those requests were granted then I 150% will be purchasing this.🫶🏼
