Excellent bands!

I got the prismatic swirl set of these bands and we really love them. I've used rubber based bands before, but these elastic based bands are very comfortable, sturdy and high quality and will likely last for years. I could probably throw them in the washing machine if they start to get funky from frequent use.

Amazing

Any booty bands I had tried before were rubber and honestly they just sometimes hurt so I stopped ever using them until I found out about these ones. I still need to know more exercises to use these with but they are just so comfortable and easy to use. Did I mention that they are so gorgeous and it is easy to tell which one is light medium or heavy resistance!
