Zip Cloud Hoodie - Crimson

Once I found the right size I'm very happy with the fit of the hoodie. The sleeves fit my long arms nicely. The hood fits my head with a bun and all. It's a nice length and fit for my preferences. The material is soft and fleece on the inside and soft enough on the outside. It's a pretty thick/heavy material and the hood definitely pulls it down your back or shoulders when it's unzipped. The color also matches my expectations to what I saw online, i chose digital lavender. The pockets are also great and could hold a lot.

For size comparison I am 5 feet 10 inches or 178 cm tall.
I weigh about 260lbs. I have a longer torso and carry my weight in my belly. I'm typically plus size wearing 16/18/20 in bottoms and XL/1X/2X in tops.

So first I ordered the 1X/3X and it was huge on me. Way too oversized and definitely not a good look to me. The sleeves were far too long. The body was too baggy and looked frumpy. It was so long that it covered my butt and privates. If i pulled the bottom band up to my natural waistline i couldnt use the pockets because they would almost disappear. Me and my roommate both agreed that is was so big on me that it couldnt be worn in public like that because it did not look good.
The L/XL fit almost exactly how i was expecting based on the way the models all looked in the hoodie. When zipped if i pull it down it covers my belly but isn't too long and i can also pull it up to wear the bottom band at my waistline and it looks cute both ways. The sleeves are the perfect length so they aren't too baggy but have extra length and are pouchy.

Note for popflex: as a plus sized person it was very disappointing to see that the sizing increased equally/consistently until it reached the plus sizes. It made it harder/more confusing to find the right size for me and could make it so others can't buy one at all. This made me reconsider if i will shop here in the future. Although I am happy with the way the L/XL fits it's not so much oversized as a loose fit and many people might want a more oversized fit without it being so massive on them. There was also no size chart for this specific item which is problematic since the sizing is different from the usual sizes listed. I recommend creating a size chart for products that are sized this way and adjusting the plus sizes to be more inclusive. I'd separate them into a 1X/2X and a 3X/4X. Fat people exercise, do yoga, dress comfy, and much more and we want to look cute when we do it.

I loved my hoodie so much when I first got it and wore it nonstop at home for two or three days. However, despite following the care instructions to a T, the paint on the metal of the zipper and the two adjustable hood straps is coming off/chipping after ONE drying session. Tried a lingerie bag when I put it in, but it ended up coming out because the jacket is so heavy. Truly breaks my heart because I should have just hang dried instead :(.

Ok, this is going to be a bit of a rant: So the way my body is built; wide hips made even wider after 2 kids, smaller bust and a bit of a front belly too (not ENTIRELY from 2 kids, I'll admit 😅). So I've always loved the "baggy" look but for some reason it never quite worked with my body shape. Either it would make me more like a square and flatten out what is left of my chest or emphasizes my front pouch. And I just didn't feel the "casual, oversized comfy chic" that other girls who were both bigger and smaller than me, managed to pull off with ✨️✨️✨️. So, I took a big emotional risk with this hoodie, it always was a little upsetting to have to return only just never wear something I was really looking forward to. So the hoodie arrived, I was immediately concerned that I ordered too big of a size, I never can be 100% if I am a large or a medium when it comes to tops online. I was honestly ready to be disappointed with myself, having guessed wrong again, and have to go through a long return process and wounded self esteem again. Maybe my body just isn't meant for this style.

NO. NOT TODAY. NOT YET. It fit. It was ✨️bulky✨️ it *feels* so high quality and the color is so beautiful. ❤️
I keep second guessing myself again and then I put it on and remember what a BABE I am! So here I am, bloated from my monthly cycle and exhausted from working and parenting but looking *good*. Thank you to everyone involved in the design, creation and distribution of this hoodie. I feel the love in it ❤️

I like this hoodie. So much so that I have 3 normal versions (2 pictured) and one long version! It’s soft it’s oversized (so size down if you want more snug fit) and it hoodies. Perfect!

It’s a very cute and comfy hoodie and I loooveee the colour. But upon washing it the first time, there was paint chipping on the zipper and metal pieces on the drawstring. I followed the washing instructions of tumble dry low, but there was still major chipping. Maybe just hang to dry.

First Popflex ad I ever saw was for the cloud hoodie and how it came to be. As a lover of hoodies, I've been looking for a decent zip up for a while. I finally was able to buy this one. And girl do I love it! It's thick, soft, cute, and perfect for hoodie weather coming up. I must get some more in other colors, too!!
