RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. This is a great, high-quality hoodie that looks very femme! I actually have lost a lot of weight since I got this in November, but it still fits really well all things considered. I love the materials, the sleeves, and the overall cut. It's just awesome!

I’m 5’2” , 165 lb and I got this in M/L! It’s absolutely comfortable and worth it! I plan on getting another color in the PURPLE scheme but this time I’ll size down to S/M when that happens just for variety!

This hoodie is looking awesome on my mama for Mother's Day!! Her hair is red, so this color couldn't be better on her! Choose this sapphire color over the navy if you want it to be lively!! My mom has blue eyes, so this really makes them pop! Here is a funny....my mom and dad fight over it! We think of these for us girls, but he loves them too, and bonus, he is tall, like 6'7" tall, and the sleeves in the L/XL fit him! So not a bad choice for dads too!! You will never be sorry you got this hoodie!
