Cloud Shruggie - Vintage Blue

Hello everyone! I have a few Popflex items and have loved all of them! However when I received the shruggie, it was quite the disappointment. I was really hoping to love them like the rest of the items however the drawstring was missing a piece. Everything else about it though was great! It’s really comfortable imo. I would say the hood is also slightly on the heavier side because the whole thing tends to slide towards the back.

This shrug is so flattering and the sleeves looks so good! 😊 it goes with everything!

I was always curious to try and wear one of these, so my experience with the nice material from popflex made me buy this and WOW. Truly soft on the inside, the material outside is nice, the oversized fit makes it fun so that the princess sleeves cover my hands just so if I want them to, and the hoodie??? Exceptional. I wear this around the house but it definitely pairs well with sport bras and crop tops to give it a street-style look and go on a jog. Will be checking out what other ways to style, but otherwise, this is now my hermit piece as someone who gets hot/cold easy (of which this solves the issue for me lol).

So it took me a long time to break down and finally make a purchase because any of these items is a splurg buy for me. I purchased the shruggie in seashell and vintage blue hoping to get good use out of them since I always go to grab a cropped hoodie. I washed both of the hoodies together as directed on the gentle cycle and the drawstrings are already ripping on all 4 strings where the cord stop is on the string. So upset when I noticed it and slightly embarassed because I was so excited to wear them and thought I had made a good purchase . Don't know how I could have washed them any better without just using my hands and a wash tub, honestly prepping myself to just accept that I will lose the drawstrings in the next couple washes. Also feel like the pleated sleeve elevated this product and made it look classy now just looks like a basic guys hoodie and feels like a shortcut in the production of product. All the descriptions and videos should really be updated to the new no pleat instead of it changing depending on color.
Overall the material of the actual hoodie is nice and I can feel a difference between that and other hoodies but I feel like that is really the only difference between some other brands that I own between the hood and now no pleated sleeve and drawstrings.

I'm giving this five stars! I love the shrug, it covers just enough to give off that stylish look. The fabric is amazing, it feels super cozy, and I greatly appreciate the added hoodie ties. BUT... it's important for anybody checking the reviews to understand that because of the big enchanted hood, it does strain on your neck a bit, just a bit, and the sleeves poke out a bit awkward. I love it, and these minor things don't bother me, BUT... just a little heads up, ya know?
