Twirl Skort - Plum

I love this skort so much. Cuter than shorts but more modest too, and just easier than trying to manage a traditional skirt while hoisting babies and toddlers! It looks great styled so many ways. The waistband stays where you put it and flat, and I love the pockets; I’m literally never not using them. The whole thing is so flattering and practical. It’s nice to feel cute while wearing something you know you’re totally covered in and don’t have to worry about a wardrobe malfunction! I now have the crimson in an M, but opted for the blue storm in an S this time. They both fit perfectly and comfortably, but I am beginning to think that S is just always my perfect size across the board with this brand. I’m 5’6” and 126lbs. The M looks great and is comfy but sometimes I do find myself pulling it back up a bit, the S is snatched and snug but still not compressive. Love them both. The elastic band free waistband is amazing. Before trying Popflex, I’d tried a lululemon skort, and even though I’d bought a size that was too big, and wouldn’t stay up properly, it had a super aggressive, hard, narrow little band of elastic at the top of the waistband and within 10 minutes of wearing it, my sciatica was killing me and one of my legs was already numb from it. It took 2 weeks hobbling around for my back to finally recover from being pinched by that elastic. I’m completely brand loyal to Popflex now, because these skorts are so much prettier and more versatile for styling, but also just so much comfortable and designed better. They don’t need a gross pinchy elastic because they fit perfectly everywhere, so it’s just a hug, no pinching. The fabric used by Popflex is so superior and soft/supportive compared to competitors. Awesome design in terms of fit, functional and style. The blue storm color is BEAUTIFUL btw. I’ll get the cloud hoodie if/when it is back in stock to match! It’s the perfect light blue shade.

I am so obsessed with this! My job requires me to do a lot of walking during peak season, and the shorts never ride up. The skirt is super cute and flouncy and I am so confident wearing it.

First of all, this skort is SO CUTE! I love how I can twirl in it and it makes me feel so girly. I can’t begin to describe how much I love the pockets. It’s also such a soft stretchy material that I legit can fit everything I need into the pockets without it feeling uncomfortable. Also, I love the crimson red! When I wear this to the gym or a dance class, I know I’m slaying. One thing I will note is that this skort isn’t that great for jogging for me - the shorts rolled up INSTANTLY when I started jogging on a treadmill - so I wouldn’t advise ladies with thunder thighs to try jogging or running with this skort because you will probably chafe. But everything else? Absolutely in love with this. I can even wear it when I’m going out!

This is probably one of my favorite twirl skorts out of all the skorts where I needed to get it in several colors. Really want to have this in the Iris and sapphire colors! More blues are needed!
