Zip Cloud Hoodie - Cayenne

This was the first popflex piece my daughter asked for. I was skeptical. But the quality is really good. The hoodie is thick and warm. It keeps its color and shape wash after wash. She wears the xxs/xs yet the sleeves are long enough (she has long arms). It's definitely oversized but that's the point.

This hoodie is so comfy!! It absolutely sold me on the idea of “your boyfriend’s hoodie but better” and omg did it deliver!! The pockets actually fit my phone + more, the hood is so forest princess vibes, the cut is so flattering, and it’s so cozy!

I've purchased from POPFLEX three times now, and I've been a big fan of Cassey Ho and her innovative designs for years. I'd been wanting the Cloud Zip Hoodie for a long time, so I finally decided to treat myself. It's definitely a pricey item, but since it had been on my wishlist for so long, I felt it was worth the investment. It's also a great basic piece that goes with almost everything. I wear it for workouts, but it's just as perfect for running errands or everyday casual wear.

I intentionally waited a few months before writing this review because I wanted to see how the hoodie would hold up with regular use. I've worn and washed it many times, and overall, I'm really impressed with the quality. The fabric has stayed thick and substantial, and the hoodie has held its shape beautifully. The brushed interior does become a little more matted over time, so it isn't quite as fluffy as it was when it was brand new, but that doesn't really bother me.

The fit is honestly one of my favorite things about this hoodie. It fits me perfectly, and the hood deserves special mention. You can really tell how much thought went into the pattern. Not every hoodie has a well-designed hood, but this one is just right—it's roomy without being oversized, sits nicely, and doesn't feel too slouchy. It's genuinely one of the best-fitting hoodies I own.

That said, there are a few things I think could be improved.

The front pockets are convenient, but they're positioned in a way that makes larger items, like my phone, slide out pretty easily. My phone has fallen out multiple times while wearing the hoodie, so that's something to keep in mind if you tend to use the pockets for valuables.

My biggest disappointment, though, is the zipper. The coated finish has started chipping off with wear, making it look much older than the rest of the hoodie. Functionally, the zipper still works perfectly, but cosmetically it has aged much faster than I expected. I think a more durable coating or finish would make a big difference.

I also had one of the drawstring tips come off, leaving the string looking a bit unfinished and uneven. It's a small detail, but on a premium-priced hoodie, I would have expected those components to be more durable.

Overall, though, I'm still very happy with my purchase. The comfort, fit, and fabric quality are excellent, and I reach for this hoodie all the time. The issues I mentioned don't stop me from loving it, but I do think they're areas where POPFLEX could improve an already great product.

Zipper broke off after a month of use!!!

I’ve bought hoodies for so many friends, myself in a few colors. I love the bow detail on the zipper. It’s still cozy and amazing, just with an added bow.
I usually wear 16/18 38c, the L/XL fits perfect. I wore the set recently for brain surgery and it was so comfy to recover in.

This hoodie feels like wearing a cloud! The fabric is unbelievably soft, cozy, and lightweight, making it perfect for layering before or after a workout. The Tutu Pink color is beautiful and feminine, and it completes the cutest matching athleisure set. A new favorite in my wardrobe!

As always, amazing quality. This hoodie is super comfy and the color is beautiful. I usually wear a medium and get the S/M in these hoodies and they are super roomy and cozy.

Love it

While the hoodie I received is beautiful, it is not the same hoodie as pictured. The one I received is slightly brighter, with a pink logo tab, instead of the black one, as pictured on the front pocket. After contacting customer service, I was told they constantly update products and the hoodie I preferred from the pictures was not guaranteed, even though I offered yo do a whole secondary purchase. It’s frustrating they don’t update the website to reflect the current changes. Sad Day.

This sweatshirt is SO high quality, it feels like I'm wearing a blanket! I love the color, the enchanted hood, the sleeves... Normally, oversized hoodies make me look like a box, but this one is so feminine and flattering!

I got the blue hoodie, fit is great. Runs big but after only two washes the color faded pretty bad. For the price I would think it had better quality.

I thrifted this hoodie and it is actually the best thing I own. I wear it almost everyday and it fits perfectly. Today I feel somehow and busted the zipper off it and I actually cried because I love it so much.
