DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 5-8 days for delivery of your order if in the U.S. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive depending on each country's customs inspection and postal delivery practices.

HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days.  All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.


RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label.Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal.You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange only returns.

EXCHANGES:  Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase.  If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two even exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. To be eligible for exchange all items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item, you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit.  If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.

International orders are not eligible for exchange we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.
