RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.

I got the Ice Cream color and nearly lived in it all winter. It kept me warm in the snow and cozy while indoors. The oversized fit plus optional scrunch gave it such a flattering shape! I am a lover of all things thumb holes. And can we say pockets?!? 10/10 I want this in every color.

I bought the chocolate brown color in M. I was worried it might be too small but it's perfect since it's an oversized style. I love this fleece. I don't like how big the hood is so I removed it. That's the awesome thing about this fleece it has a removable hood. I love how it fits. Looks like I waited too long to leave a review so the color options I bought are no longer available.

I hesitated at first to get this jacket because of the price, but it is SO worth it! It's super comfortable and warm, and I love the Soft Lilac color. The detachable hood and waist-cinching bungees are nice features, and of course pockets! My only criticism would be that like PopFlex's other jackets, the hood is a tad too big. It tends to fall over my face obstructing my vision. Still my new favorite jacket though! I'm wearing size Large which is perfectly oversized for cuteness and layering. I'm 5'11" and 165 lbs.
