Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. This jacket has absolutely everything you want for a chilly climate without having to throw on a stuffy parka. I love the motto an and the huge pockets and the cute hood. It is lightweight but provides instant warmth. I now want one in every color!
