Super cozy, poofy and soft. Kinda impressed by the amount of extra material, I don't hate it! Quality material that keeps the heat inside very well. I was a bit disillusioned by the enchanted hood not being as poofy, guess that's to keep it functional. In everything else XL fit well so I assume its meant to fit this way and for tighter fit I would size down if I wasn't thinking it'd shrink down a little in the wash. Seams are little bitting feeling along them but easily forgot about when wearing.

I am so glad I picked up the Cloud Crop Hoodie in black. The oversized, relaxed fit in the sleeves paired with the structured hem band creates the absolute best silhouette. It looks incredible paired with high-waisted skirts or skorts, and the extended cuffs with thumbholes add such a cute, cozy touch. It’s lightweight, super soft, and easy to layer over a top or dress up with boots. 10/10 recommendation!

Obsessed. Im 5ft 5" and 125lbs, I got the xxsm/xsm , and its the perfect amount of baggy while being flattering. Its super soft and I appreciate that its mostly cotton, as im sensitive to synthetic fibers.
I got so many compliments wearing it. I want more colors!

This is my 2nd cloud hoodie and it's so comfy. It is oversize but honestly that makes me love it more! Also the enchanted hood is great for holding little kittens 🩷

I absolutely love the color and the material’s soft but the size is way oversized. Mind you I’m in my baggy era and usually wears M-XL tops and I ordered this in S/M but the wrist elastic is too loose to stay on my wrist for it to look decent / not swallow me. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size but they dont have the stock for this color anymore, so I’m torn whether I should return it or keep it.

amazing!! I got it for my birthday in 2022 and it sadly bunched up on the inside, but got two more just yesterday and love the updates!! the different drawstrings and lining are so comfy and keep that baggy shape I love :)

So soft and warm on the inside and fits loose and comfortably exactly how I like it especially for travel! Love the Smoke color. I bought a size Large and I’m 5’4” 165lbs.

So comfy soft and amazing! I absolutely love this hoodie so much that I'm back to buy another! I absolutely love how soft the cloud material is. It's also so beautifully oversized. I'm usually a 2x and I considered sizing down because it's definitely roomy but I think I'm going to go with the 1x/2x again because it's so lovely to wear. It doesn't squeeze or dig anywhere, it's just like a gentle comfy hug. Unlike some reviews I read, I love the huge hood and don't find it to make it back heavy. The color is also fab! I hope they do the pirouette skirt in this color at some point!

I bought this hoodie like a few years back when this company first launched. It is the best hoodie I have ever owned for its comfort and always my go to. I wear it so much the cuffed have flared now and the zipper is broken so I'm buying a new one. I dont ever write reviews that often for things i buy because i tend to forget but def worth getting!!!

This was the first popflex piece my daughter asked for. I was skeptical. But the quality is really good. The hoodie is thick and warm. It keeps its color and shape wash after wash. She wears the xxs/xs yet the sleeves are long enough (she has long arms). It's definitely oversized but that's the point.

This hoodie is so comfy!! It absolutely sold me on the idea of “your boyfriend’s hoodie but better” and omg did it deliver!! The pockets actually fit my phone + more, the hood is so forest princess vibes, the cut is so flattering, and it’s so cozy!

I've purchased from POPFLEX three times now, and I've been a big fan of Cassey Ho and her innovative designs for years. I'd been wanting the Cloud Zip Hoodie for a long time, so I finally decided to treat myself. It's definitely a pricey item, but since it had been on my wishlist for so long, I felt it was worth the investment. It's also a great basic piece that goes with almost everything. I wear it for workouts, but it's just as perfect for running errands or everyday casual wear.

I intentionally waited a few months before writing this review because I wanted to see how the hoodie would hold up with regular use. I've worn and washed it many times, and overall, I'm really impressed with the quality. The fabric has stayed thick and substantial, and the hoodie has held its shape beautifully. The brushed interior does become a little more matted over time, so it isn't quite as fluffy as it was when it was brand new, but that doesn't really bother me.

The fit is honestly one of my favorite things about this hoodie. It fits me perfectly, and the hood deserves special mention. You can really tell how much thought went into the pattern. Not every hoodie has a well-designed hood, but this one is just right—it's roomy without being oversized, sits nicely, and doesn't feel too slouchy. It's genuinely one of the best-fitting hoodies I own.

That said, there are a few things I think could be improved.

The front pockets are convenient, but they're positioned in a way that makes larger items, like my phone, slide out pretty easily. My phone has fallen out multiple times while wearing the hoodie, so that's something to keep in mind if you tend to use the pockets for valuables.

My biggest disappointment, though, is the zipper. The coated finish has started chipping off with wear, making it look much older than the rest of the hoodie. Functionally, the zipper still works perfectly, but cosmetically it has aged much faster than I expected. I think a more durable coating or finish would make a big difference.

I also had one of the drawstring tips come off, leaving the string looking a bit unfinished and uneven. It's a small detail, but on a premium-priced hoodie, I would have expected those components to be more durable.

Overall, though, I'm still very happy with my purchase. The comfort, fit, and fabric quality are excellent, and I reach for this hoodie all the time. The issues I mentioned don't stop me from loving it, but I do think they're areas where POPFLEX could improve an already great product.

Zipper broke off after a month of use!!!

I’ve bought hoodies for so many friends, myself in a few colors. I love the bow detail on the zipper. It’s still cozy and amazing, just with an added bow.
I usually wear 16/18 38c, the L/XL fits perfect. I wore the set recently for brain surgery and it was so comfy to recover in.

My new favorite hoodie!!! 😍 seriously so comfy!! Even ordered one for my daughter and my mom has requested on as well!!
