2️⃣ What's one thing on your bucket list you haven't done? One that you have?
I want to travel to England! I’ve always loved their culture (and their accents ). I’ve hiked The Manitou Incline a few times! That was on my list for quite a while.
3️⃣ What is your usual workout routine?
My workout regime changes quite often actually; I like to keep my body guessing. Some months it’s weightlifting, sometimes it’s running or HIIT, sometimes it’s just hiking. This month, I’ve been doing not only the #100GluteChallenge, but also PIIT28 2.0 in preparation for teaching it myself! If I’m weightlifting or HIIT training, I go to the 24 Hour Fitness location that I personal train and teach POP Pilates at 3-4 times/week. If I’m running, I usually use my apartment complex gym or I go outside if it’s nice weather 5-6 times/week. PIIT28 is always done in my apartment 6 times/week where I have to keep the jumping light for my neighbors. It’s a challenge, but it’s kind of fun to see how quiet I can keep it
4️⃣ What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
As a Personal Trainer, the hardest lesson I had to learn was knowing that my time is valuable. Although this might sound conceited or cocky to others, this is the most important lesson because without knowing your worth, you can’t build confidence. You have to learn that you are worth more than what you might think. Knowledge is priceless. People are willing to pay so much money for the things that are in your head, OWN THAT. There’s a difference between walking into a room and comparing yourself to others versus walking in and KNOWING you’re the best. It’s not arrogance, it’s confidence. Once I figured that out, my business flourished and my career hasn’t stopped advancing since. All it took was a pep-talk from one of my 24 Hour Team Members.
5️⃣ What's your fave YOLO meal?
CANDY. Specifically Lifesaver Gummies.
6️⃣ What do you eat in a day?
It depends on if I’m leaning out or not. If I am, then I will eat more protein and fats with low carbs. If I’m not trying to lose weight, then I just try to stick with healthier options like wheat noodles or breads and try to stay away from sugars. When it comes to coffee and tea though, the limit does not exist (**insert Mean Girls gif here**).
7️⃣ What's one song you put on every workout playlist?
Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored - Ariana Grande. THAT BEAT THO . Really any upbeat Ariana, Drake or Childish Gambino songs. They’re a few of my favorites so they keep me motivated.

9️⃣ What's one secret or hidden talent not many people know about you?
I’m not a horrible singer but I’m also not extraordinary 🤷♀️
🔟 How do you feel when you're wearing your POPFLEX?
I always feel very confident and comfortable in my POPFLEX! When I tell people that it’s the best activewear brand I’ve ever had, I genuinely mean it. The fabric is like buttercream and the designs are absolutely beautiful and elegant.

Being a POWERGIRL has opened so many doors for me. It’s helped to create a life-long friendship (love you, Karen!), it’s helped to meet and get in contact with more of the POP Pilates community, and it’s helped me get other jobs with being an ambassador! I love being a POWERGIRL by representing my favorite brand and being a part of the Blogilates family. Getting to be a role model for this inspiring community is just the cherry on top.
