Meet Natasha, aka @nourishednatasha, from Las Vegas! 👋 If you love yoga you need to follow Natasha on Instagram - she's basically the queen of inversions! There's a lot you probably don't know about Natasha - she's a certified fitness & nutrition specialist, coaching people from all over the world! She's also a HUGE Lady Gaga fan and has met the queen herself!! 🎤🎶

1️⃣ Give three words to describe yourself!

Strong, Dedicated, and Determined.

2️⃣ What's one thing on your bucket list you haven't done? One that you have?

I would love to go sky diving! Bucket List item I have done... I have two! One was meeting Lady Gaga and the other I just did in Jamaica, swimming in the open ocean with the fish and stingrays!

3️⃣ What is your usual workout routine?

Every day, I do about an hour of cardio (treadmill, elliptical, cardio kickboxing, running outside, HIIT), an hour of strength training and 30 minutes to an hour of yoga!

4️⃣ What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?

Worrying is praying for the bad things to happen. Focus on the good and the good things will happen!

5️⃣ What's your fave YOLO meal?

PIZZA! Always.

6️⃣ What do you eat in a day?

I follow a plant based diet - which usually consists of avocado toast or oatmeal for breakfast, lunch is usually a salad or homemade protein shake, dinner is veggie stir fry with tofu, veggie burger and homemade fries, vegan buffalo wings and jasmine rice... The list goes on! I love to cook!

7️⃣ What's one song you put on every workout playlist?

Scheisse by Lady Gaga. It is my favorite song of all time and I have the lyrics tattoo on the inside of my arm in Lady Gaga's handwriting! "If you're a strong female, you don't need permission."

8️⃣ Who's your role model? Why?

Lady Gaga (if that wasn't obvious already haha). She is a strong af woman who never backs down and crushes her craziest dreams and goals every day!

9️⃣ What's one secret or hidden talent not many people know about you?

Hmmmm.. I suppose that I can cook! I actually went to culinary school and majored in baking and pastry!
