Mermaid Mesh Shrug - Black

I was afraid this design would dig into my underarm fat but it does not due to the soft mesh and seams. I am 5,3” with short arms and got size small, which fits comfortably but I feel I miiiight have been able to get away with xs.

I just received mine in the mail yesterday, so I haven't been able to get it wet yet, but I tried it on and fell in love! I bought this with the intention to use it for swimwear and under shirts/over certain dresses, and I'm very pleased to say that this will certainly do for both! I like the little extra coverage it provides while being so lightweight, and it's so soft to the touch, but it also feels surprisingly strong! I'm definitely wanting to try to get more Popflex shrugs now, because as my first purchase in that department, it was exactly what I was expecting ❤️ I do so appreciate that I can trust this brand to always provide quality products. This product is waaaay underrated. First of all, I think it's an amazing idea to have a shrug you can add to any of your swimsuits for modesty, a different look or more warmth (although it's mesh so it's not like it's that warm either ahah). But the reason I purchased this was to wear in my daily life. I would have purchased the Mesh Corset Shrug (which I already own in pink), but it doesn't come in black - which, honestly, I don't understand why. So, I purchased this one, and honestly I don't really see a difference with the Mesh Corset Shrug apart from the 3 lines that are absent in the back. But yeah, I'm guessing the material is different since it can go in water. But anyways - yeah, I have nothing negative to say about this shrug, it's great, it's true to size, looks like the pictures and the mesh is comfortable, not scratchy. Love the thumbholes too. I definitely recommend it.

This is gorgeous but add some tattoos under and it is so so gorgeous. I’m 5’2 130 pounds. Petite frame. I don’t have any muscles or long arms or anything to fit for. I bought a small. It fits tight and like a glove.

The fit on this is surprisingly nice. I was expecting the super soft mesh but this is stiffer than that. Good thing, otherwise I'd worry I would rip it.

I am tall, so I sized up by one size. I could have gotten away with my normal size, but my muscular arms fare well with some extra wiggle room. The stretch length works well with long arms. The sheer level is good—it displays the perfect hint of skin.
