Working out every day (or most days) is recommended for your health, but many of us are too busy to commit even a half hour to a formal workout routine (and sometimes, life just gets in the way.) No problem!!!
Did you know you can get a quick workout in before you even get UP??? You can start your day off with a super fast ab workout while you're still all comfy in bed! 😱 🙌
Concentrate on completing a tiny challenge or two...just like these!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Each of these mini-workouts can be done lying down, while you're watching TV, or even in bed. Just don't let that fool you: these ab movements will leave your abs hurting SO GOOD!!
