Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. I've had this bag for about a year and I was definitely taking a risk because of how much money it is but it is so worth it and it's in almost perfect condition after a year and I'm sure it will last me so much longer. Thank you Cassie and the rest of the Popflex team you're the best!!! xxx

The bag is a bit heavier than I expected, but it feels sturdy and I like that it retains its shape. I got it in black, so it does pick up a bit of lint, but not too noticeable. My main complaint is that some of the threads sticks out…. You’d think for the price the stitching would be more seamless.. especially on the logo.. so that was a bit disappointing.
Overall nice looking bag, but not sure if it’s worth the full price. Hopefully it is sturdy and lasts me a long time

I love this backpack and all the pockets it had as well as the beautiful interior and the water resistant factor of it ,but my one concern with it is that I use it as a school backpack and even though this backpack is meant to hold atone of things for me it really doesn’t hold that much.
KEEP IN MIND: I love this backpack but this is only my experience with it I also carry 10 books in my bag 1 including a massive binder so I do think this would be great for other people with less things to carry. I also noticed some where and tear but I also use it every day.

I bought this to use as a diaper bag and I LOVE it! I have bought several diaper bags and none of them were quite right. This is the one I was waiting for! I love all the pockets and compartments. The straps are notably comfortable and nice. There’s plenty of room but the bag also isn’t too bulky. Perfection!

I came back to tell everyone to GET THIS BAG. I have had the Cora backpack in black for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. First, the backpack straps are the softest, squishiest out of any bags I’ve ever owned. I carry sometimes 4-5 heavy textbooks in here and it still feels great. The water bottle pockets are super stretchy and I can fit my 32oz Nalgene, my 32oz Yeti, or my 32oz Owalla. The interior has stayed nice and clean and has an amazing amount of pockets. I use the key hook for my AirPods so they don’t get lost in the bag. I keep sanitizer, makeup, sunscreen in my front zip pocket, and throw my keys into the interior upper zip pocket. I cannot say enough good things about this bag. It’s my favorite backpack of all time. I’m 35 years old and a mom of three so I’ve seen my fair share of backpacks. It’s pricey but worth it. Get the bag!

I use this as my travel backpack and it’s AMAZING. So much fits in it (I’ve packed for a four day trip with just this) and it has a luxurious feel! However, be aware that the yoga mat straps are elastic with no buckle so it can be a labor of love putting it in the holder with stuff in the bag. And also if you have big feet like me, your shoes will not fit in the bottom compartment. Also the drawstrings on the side are a little fragile.
But those minor things aside, I’ve had mine for 2 years and have zero regrets.
